Refund policy

We have a 14-day exhcnage policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at yachtclubclothingco@gmail.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Return the item to us and we will send an undamaged one along with a discount code or additional item at no extra cost

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that show sign of wear or have been damaged since being in your possession will not be accepted for an exchange 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the item has been returned the product you want to exchange it for will be shipped to you.

Refunds
Refunds are not accepted.
