Lately everything that can go wrong... has gone wrong. We're 11 years in so this is far from our first rodeo. It never feels good to drop the ball but if you can identify the pain point then you can make improvements... Other times you just have to weather the storm. This is one of those times.
I've learned to not beat myself up when this happens. Running a company by yourself, obviously it's all on you but that doesn't mean you have to take on the weight of the world.

They do not communicate with the customer in a timely manner. I have been reaching out to them. I ordered my item 2 months ago, and still have not received anything. This is poor business.
